It is crucial to have accurate and up-to-date business contact information as it enables clients to easily reach out to you with any questions or concerns. Invoice A2Z offers the flexibility to customise the business details displayed on each invoice, empowering you to enhance engagement and communication with your valued clients. To config your business details, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings and tap on Business Details.
2. In the info section, provide necessary business details and contact information.
3. You can also add three extra inputs for your business information if required.
4. Add your location information under the business address section.
5. Add a logo and signature.
6. Tap on Save.

Note: It is crucial to accurately enter your company details within the Invoice A2Z app. All your information will be displayed on any invoices created after saving the settings. When you first sign up to enter Invoice A2Z and are redirected to the onboarding stage, the app will automatically display the fields in the business details section, ensuring you can properly configure this essential information from the start.
